How to Making Buffalo Walking Sticks

Working with buffalo horn for making walking sticks – buffalo horn is a very attractive material and two main colours, one is jet black and the other is a multi coloured. The coloured horn is also much more softer than the jet-black and much more easy to work with. Most horn that is purchase in the UK has no inner core like rams horn so this very useful when making walking sticks from them, They also only have one plane unlike rams horn which bends in many ways, This also makes it easier to make the horn suitable for making walking sticks.
