 Now back in stock is the very popular ventus safety/smart walking stick. Made with build in lights, radio, charger and magnetic handle. The walking stick comes with a few different features that involve the lights. You can choose between 3 settings one where the clear white light is on, another where the white light and the red light flashes. The third setting is for an alarm when you turn it on the alarm sounds and the lights will flash.
The new design it much more comfortable and elegant prefect for everyday walking. The ventus walking sticks have an adjustable shaft and a heavy duty rubber ferrule, and a wrist strap

Walking Sticks For Winter

Now that we are almost in winter walking and hiking can become more difficult with colder and unpredictable weather. Also with the possibility of rain and snow it’s important to have the correct gear. When it comes to walking sticks there is a wide range of sticks to choose from, for example depending on your needs and where you are walking or hiking you with need a specific stick. We recommend thumb sticks or hiking sticks for hill walkers as these sticks are much longer than normal sticks they offer much more support and comfort when walking on steep slopes or uneven ground. For casual walking we recommend any of our folding sticks, knob sticks or crook handle sticks. There are no rules with walking sticks and you can use any walking stick for any activity but we just recommend the stick we feel are more comfortable for you. 

The prefect Hiking Sticks for Summer.

We have a wide range of thumb sticks and hiking sticks which both serve the same purpose in some ways. They both are great for hiking especially for hill walking ands steep terrain. What makes the thumb sticks different than hiking sticks is that you have a V or Y shaped handle which is more comfortable for some people as you can rest on the handle or place your thumb in the V which can be more comfortable when walking. Our hiking sticks have straight handles as you can see from the picture on the left. Made from a range of materials these are also great walking sticks for hiking or walking.

Just made - handmade walking sticks from thumbsticks, shepherds crooks, hiking poles, buffalo horn walking sticks and so on.

Buffalo horn is great quality horn for all types of walking sticks and canes, its normally very strong and last much longer than timber, but s it is natural there is never two buffalo horns the same with some great white and brown colour variations in different handles.

Similar to buffalo horn is staghorn which again in natural and is very long lasting, possibly a bit better looking than buffalo horn but it all depends on your taste, staghorn or antler is very strong and lightweight which is perfect for thumb walking sticks.

Pictured left is lovely goat that one of our customers wanted, as the goat was their favourite animal.
